I’m best known for my work on Connecticut’s shoreline, River Valley and countryside.
In general, I work where I am needed. Often clients contact me who have heard about my work in their community through a family member, a friend or someone they trust and because of this many of my clients are from all over Connecticut.
If you are selling or searching for a home in Connecticut and you want to reach out to me to discuss your situation — feel free to contact me so we can talk more about your specific needs.
“. . . We were fortunate to find Mary through a neighbor who described her as 'excellent in every way.' After working with her ourselves, we couldn't agree more. From our very first conversation, she was approachable, easy to reach, and genuinely interested in helping us. We immediately knew we had found the right broker.
We were going through a particularly challenging time, and Mary understood that from the beginning. She approached every situation with patience, professionalism, and genuine compassion. Whenever a problem arose—and there were several—she never panicked. She simply rolled up her sleeves, found a solution, and kept everything moving forward. Her experience and confidence gave us tremendous peace of mind.
Mary is knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly dedicated to her clients. She made us feel supported every step of the way, and we always knew she was looking out for our best interests. She truly is a treasure, and there is no one else we would trust with our real estate needs. We look forward to working with her again for many years to come. . . ”

Selling? Not sure about the right asking price for your home? If a longtime neighbor recently sold their home, wouldn’t it be revealing to see what it sold for as you prepare to sell your own? Sometimes, a little research takes all the edge off.
In the pre-sale phase, many of my clients often say they would love to see what homes in their towns and neighborhoods were listed for—AND what they actually sold for. It’s a reasonable curiosity—one that can be surprisingly difficult to satisfy. Of course, you can ask a real estate professional to prepare a competitive market analysis, but many clients simply want the freedom to browse recent list and sale prices for themselves without any sales pitch.
That is why, as both a real estate broker and a software engineer specializing in real estate technology, I developed these searches. You can compare original list prices with actual sale prices in your favorite towns during the past 30 days or the past 12 months.
Few things are more revealing than watching local sales trends—and few things are more reassuring than being able to do a little research of your own. I developed these curated searches in response to popular demand from my clients.
Enjoy your research and discovery!
