About Mary
I have been a top-tier residential real estate broker in south central Connecticut for more than 30 years. I am grateful that so much of my work over that time has been built on the trust, referrals, and kind words of the clients I have served.
I love my job.
I chose real estate because it allows me full expression of my strengths: expert marketing, market analysis, face-to-face negotiation, problem solving, unwavering client advocacy, and full-stack software engineering specializing in real estate technology.
Together, those disciplines allow me to market homes with both the experience of a seasoned broker and the perspective of the engineer who builds the technology behind modern real estate marketing. I believe my clients benefit from that unique combination every day.
It is also why I continually invest in my own education — studying emerging technologies, mastering modern engineering tools, and refining my skills so I can continue delivering better marketing, better technology, and better results for every client I represent.
I love the swirl and chaos of a real estate transaction — the moving parts, the timing, the pressure, the conversations, and the interplay between the lender, appraiser, inspector, engineer, attorneys, buyer, seller, and, of course, the unexpected issues that almost always appear along the way.
To me, it is like a puzzle. The more pieces there are, the more skill it takes to bring them together. When everything finally falls into place, the result is a really pretty picture and, best of all, a family home.
My relationship with you is the most important piece of the puzzle — not the size or price of your house and not the name of your street. You are what matters most.
More often, the first call comes from you. You call me because we have worked together before, or perhaps because a friend, neighbor, colleague, or someone you trust urged you to call — or possibly because you have seen or heard about my work in your community.
That means a great deal to me. Thank you.
I prepared this website as a resource for you — as a tool to help you have a successful real estate transaction. In general, I do not advertise myself in the traditional way because I prefer to work by referral. If I have enjoyed working with you, chances are very good I will also enjoy working with your friends, family, neighbors, and people you trust.
That is why I remain committed to providing honest advice, thoughtful guidance, and unwavering advocacy from beginning to end. Because to me, success is not measured by the number of transactions I close — it is measured by the trust I earn along the way.
“. . . Mary was exceptional. What we wanted in a broker wasn't someone who simply listed our home — it was someone who stayed with us from beginning to end. That's exactly what Mary did.
Every call was answered. Every question received a thoughtful, honest answer — not a canned response. And on the rare occasion she didn't have an answer immediately, she never guessed or brushed it aside. She researched it carefully, explained it clearly, and always got back to us. That gave us tremendous confidence in every decision we made.
Her guidance was consistently thoughtful and steady. When the more difficult parts of the transaction arrived — and this is the real test — she never stepped back. She stayed engaged, anticipated problems before they became bigger ones, and advocated for us every step of the way.
That's the difference between someone who simply lists a house and someone who genuinely sees the sale through in a highly skilled fashion. We always knew Mary was in our corner, and we can't recommend her highly enough. . . ”
