Overview

Behind iron gates, a private drive winds to a stately shingle-style residence set high above the landscape, with sweeping western views. Exquisitely renovated, the home offers five bedrooms, five full and two half baths, and seven fireplaces. The French country kitchen, with its hand-laid wood-inlay floors, sets the tone for a home of rare craftsmanship. The grounds are a private retreat of orchards, a vineyard, a raised vegetable garden, and open fields. An infinity-edge pool and spa are complemented by a one-bedroom guest cottage that also serves as garage and pool house. The residence is offered furnished, with select exclusions. Available together with the adjoining 12 horse stable equestrian property with a beautiful Mediterranean 5 bedroom home, the three parcels form a complete estate of exceptional scale and privacy. Showings by private appointment.
